How can i over come challenge?
Go on walk out side or sit for for a moment.
Notice what you are feel in your body and mind.
whatever those feelings are, its ok to accept them, to take the presure off yoursel and feel in that moment whatever u are feeling. Allow yourself to just be and then move on with your day.
Listening to music can help you manage your feeling in several ways
i, music you enjoy can improve your mood
ii, loud music can realise built up tension/ anger
iii, Music simillar to the way youre feeling can realise pent up emotion.
iv, Music opposite to what you ar feeling eg.. Calm music when youre anxious. In your context are there same feelings what are consdered unacceptable? Yes
